Dorothy Lorene Barry, 89, of Vero Beach, Florida, died Thursday, July 22, 2010.

She was born May 22, 1921 in Bennett, Nebraska and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 10 years, coming from Lincoln, Nebraska.

Mrs. Barry is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Barbour of Vero Beach and Marcia Barry of Santa Barbara, CA; son, Mike Barry of Key Largo, FL; sisters, Irene Lowder of Yukon, OK and Viona Deeds of Lincoln, NB; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

She was predeceased by her husband in 1978, Bernard Barry.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in California.

Donations may be made to Hospice of St. Francis, 1250-B Grumman Place, Titusville, FL 32780, in memory of Mrs. Dorothy Lorene Barry.
