How much I enjoyed knowing Judy and her wonderful stories. We shared fun, laughter and
sometimes a few tears.
She was an inspiration to me & others and will be greatly missed. Her love for music was an
added dimension that we both shared. How proud you must be of her.
I am anxious to know if her novels were here in the county library and will be wanting to read them again since being published.
Again, my deepest and
heartfelt condolences.
Faithfully,
Doris Mattingly

I was sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I remember her fondly from years ago at Crystal Lake Camps -- both as a camper and as a fellow counselor. She came on some of my canoe trips. And revile on bagpipes was a new experience! May her life go on in endless song. Sent on August 7, 2010 From: Peggy Gulick Relationship: Friend, Maclester Classmate To Judy's Parents,
My husband Chris misplaced your phone number so I am glad to have found a way to contact you now that I am back home in Nova Scotia. I am so sorry for your loss...and mine. The last several years I very much enjoyed being back in contact with Judy via our email correspondence. Judy was a courageous and kind person. Our friendship at Macalester helped shape the rest of my life. I will miss her. Thank you, Mr. Lockwood, for telephoning me to let me know of Judy's passing. My best to both of you.
